Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the product in its original condition within 15 days of the purchase date. Email us at customercare@bellefleurboutique.com for your RA (Return Authorization) number. Please do not return items without an RA number. Package your return in the original packaging or a well-padded envelope and include the following information:
*Copy of original packing slip
*Name
*Phone number
*Return address
Credits will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days of our receipt. Please be aware that we are not able to refund any shipping costs and that Belle Fleur Boutique cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail.
