DESIGN STORY

"Watch my aerial acrobatics in action! I’ll fly fast, then stop and hover, all to effortlessly collect my meal.

Hand-assembled from a selection of coloured textured resins and featuring a combination of printing and painting applications, these Kingfisher-inspired earrings are part of the second Erstwilder x Jocelyn Proust collaboration and make for a fabulous statement accessory. For a perfect pairing, pick up the matching Kingfisher brooch too" (Erstwilder)!

INFO

Height 43 mm x Width 42 mm

"Each piece is made from laser-cut and layered resin, hand assembled, hand painted and released in limited quantities. As all of our designs are lovingly glued, assembled and painted by hand, there can be very slight variations and blemishes from piece to piece. Due to the hand-mixed nature of the resins in our designs, it is also common and normal to find tiny flecks or bubbles in the resin layers. All in all, this just makes each piece as special and unique as you are.

Earrings hooks and posts are made from high quality, hypoallergenic stainless steel" (Erstwilder).

Designs come packaged in Erstwilder gift boxes.

CARE

"Please be aware that resin is akin to ceramic and glass and therefore may be damaged if dropped or knocked. Keep your Erstwilder companion neatly tucked away in this box when not being worn, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, water, and excessive sunlight and you’ll have a trusted friend for years to come. Please note that for any design with etched linework, particularly on mirror resins, and especially where lines curve, may have a slightly jagged or uneven appearance. This feature is due to the nature of the materials and an expected part of the process of production. Also note, mirrored acrylic cannot be polished or tumbled during the production process so it will not feature the smooth edge that you would expect on other resin pieces" (Erstwilder).
